Today, marks May 15, 1948, a sad and yet unforgettable day for Palestine and the Islamic world. The date on which the false Zionist regime was formed under the banner of the West, and Muslims call it the “Nakba Day.”

  • What is the origin of Nakba Day?

The “Nakba,” which means “catastrophe” in Arabic, refers to the forced removal of an estimated 750,000 Palestinians from their homes in preparation for the founding of Israel in 1948.

The Nakba Day is not only a symbol of the catastrophe that happened to Palestine in 1948, but it also represents the hardships that have been imposed on this nation over the past several decades. In fact, “Nakba Day” is the narration of a human tragedy that resulted in the destruction of a large part of the political, economic, cultural and legal foundations of the Palestinians to pave the way for declaring the existence of an illegitimate regime.

The destruction of more than 675 cities and villages, the occupation of Palestinian areas, the expulsion of Palestinians, the destruction of Palestinian heritage and traces of national identity, and the replacement of the Arabic names of places with Hebrew names are among the inhumane actions of the Zionist regime since 1948.

According to the statement of the Palestinian Bureau of Statistics, in the 76-year conflict with the Zionist regime, more than 134,000 people have been martyred by the Zionists since the Nakba Day of 1948.

  • Genocide in Gaza on the 76th anniversary of the Nakba Day

On the 76th anniversary of the Nakba Day, not only the crimes of the Zionist regime has not decreased, but an unprecedented genocide is going on in Gaza. The Zionist regime started the war against Gaza on October 7, 2023, and after about 8 months of this unprecedented crime, there are still no signs of stopping the war.

During the Zionist regime’s genocide against the Gaza Strip from October 7, 2023 to May 7, 2024, more than 35,000 Palestinians were martyred, around 80,000 people were injured, and more than 2 million people were displaced.

Residential houses, hospitals, medical and health centers, schools, water and sewage infrastructure, as well as refugee camps have been destroyed by the attacks of Zionist fighters, tanks and drones. According to some international reports, the reconstruction of Gaza will take more than 40 years.

  • The U.S the symbol of on Nakba Day

The 76th anniversary of the Nakba Day is marked by the comprehensive and ongoing support of the Western powers and especially the United States of America to the Zionist regime.

This is despite the fact that the victims of the Zionist regime’s genocide in Gaza are children, women, and the elderly, and hospitals that should be safe for patients have become a place for Israeli tanks and soldiers, and hunger and disease, along with bombs and rockets, have plagued the lives of the Palestinian people.

Under any circumstances, the West, especially the United States, continues to support the Zionists, and they even claim that what is happening in Gaza is not genocide, but legitimate defense. The United States even changes the definition of prominent concepts of international law such as legitimate defense with the aim of supporting the Zionists.

  • The 76th anniversary of the Nakba Day; the start of Israel’s gradual death

The U.S support of Israel was so bitter and shameful that even the streets and universities of the U.S became an unprecedented stage for condemning the crimes of the Zionists, condemning the American support policy for these crimes and defending the oppressed people of Palestine, especially the people of Gaza.

On the 76th anniversary of the Nakba Day, disgust with the Zionist regime has reached its highest level worldwide, and today the Zionist regime is the most hated regime in the world.

Meanwhile, the regime has sunk into a quagmire of unprecedented divisions and conflicts, on the one hand, between the opposition and the cabinet, and on the other hand, among the members of the cabinet coalition, and Netanyahu is unable to reduce the tensions within the cabinet.

Netanyahu’s survival in power is tied to the continuation of the war against Gaza and a new genocide in Rafah, and this also proves the political turmoil in the occupied territories.

In the aftermath of the Al-Aqsa storm, the economic situation of the Zionist regime has deteriorated so much that in the middle of January 1402, the media of this regime announced that 260,000 Israelis have applied for unemployment benefits since the start of the Al-Aqsa storm operation.

The economic reports of the Zionist press also tell about the great damage done to the tourism and service sectors in the occupied territories. These statistics show that 73% of the tourism income of the Zionist regime has completely disappeared, 64% of the volume of transactions has decreased, and the rate of transaction amount has experienced a 26% decrease. Therefore, in recent months, the problems of the Zionists have multiplied and the continuation of the war in Gaza has become the basis for the economic crisis in the occupied territories.

Because of the genocide in the Gaza Strip, the Zionist regime has been isolated and in a strategic dilemma in the international arena. Condemnation of this regime’s crimes in the International Court of Justice and recently the approval of the resolution regarding Palestine’s full membership in the United Nations with the positive vote of 143 members of the General Assembly of this organization, as well as the rise of European countries to recognize the independent state of Palestine, proves this strategic isolation.

Warnings are out there about the collapse of the Zionist regime and not seeing the next anniversary of the Nakba Day!
