Indian passenger plane crashes in Afghanistan
An Indian passenger plane has crashed in Badakhshan’s mountainous areas, local officials said on Sunday.
The aircraft crashed into high mountains in the Topkhana area of Zebak district, the provincial police said in a statement, Ariana News reported.
The type of aircraft, number of passengers and the cause of the crash were not immediately clear.
